We are looking for a highly motivated and open-minded student intern who will support us on a wide range of global change management and project management tasks within our Global People Strategy & Transformation team.
Depending on your skills and interests, you could take on tasks ranging from supporting the introduction of Global Change Management Practices for HR, coordinating our next global Employee Engagement Survey, to preparing Change Management assets for upcoming project launches.

Your role
- Support our team with day-to-day tasks as part of our strategic HR global initiatives
- Prepare convincing and coherent presentations and reports for various internal stakeholders
- Prepare communications on our internal and external channels – including Intranet, Viva Engage, Service Now, LinkedIn, SharePoint – in English and German
- Conduct research into current and innovative people and cultural trends to inform our strategy
Your profile
- You are currently studying a degree in psychology, economics, humanities or a similar field and aim to complete a mandatory or voluntary 6-month internship as part of your studies
- You have a keen interest in the areas of change management and project management
- You are confident in analyzing and presenting quantitative data and preferably have first-hand experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- You are highly motivated, are able to independently organize your work and are willing to collaborate as part of a global team
- You are able to structure your work flexibly to accommodate shifting priorities when necessary
- You are able to drive progress on multiple topics and projects over the course of your working week
- You have an open and proactive communicative style in both English and German and feel comfortable doing so with both internal and external communication.
Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit.
