Successfully put your knowledge from health insurance into practice

As a part of your responsibilities, you will:

Define insurance-related standards and guidelines for performance management across all international health insurance companies.
Facilitate and promote the implementation of best practices throughout the group.
Improve skills in key areas of performance management, such as provider and partner management, medical function/management, file reviews, fraud detection, claims recovery, customer experience, and digital innovations in performance management.
Support business units in developing and applying advanced methods and technical capabilities in performance management with the help of insights from defined expert groups of performance specialists.
Aid business units in executing local optimization projects in performance management.

Your profile:

Solution-oriented and flexible insurance expert

As an Expert , you will need to meet the following requirements:

Possession of an academic degree or a strong professional background
Professional experience in the insurance industry, with an outstanding track record and strong references
Experience in performance management/processing or controlling and proficient knowledge of relevant tools and methods
Ability to develop, maintain, and analyze solutions for relevant issues
Familiarity with relevant issues surrounding performance management in international (health) insurance
High level of personal motivation and interpersonal skills
Capability to work successfully in an international environment and interact with various stakeholders at all levels
Excellent statistical and analytical skills
Professional proficiency in English and ideally another European language
Willingness to travel for business purposes
