Location: Hybrid schedule if within 1 hour of office (Amelia, OH) or option for Remote

Non-Exempt position, target annual $38,500 (could increase with P&C license and Geo diff)

Hours: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm Eastern Time

Target start date: 05/28/2024

 

 

Purpose:

Provides customer service to policyholders and agents by providing answers to customer inquiries and quotes.  Focuses on a satisfying experience for customers by displaying a knowledgeable, helpful, & positive attitude.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming call volume and provide written communication for all lines of business for policyholders, agents, and strategic accounts
  • Processing transactions for multiple lines of business, systems, & products
  • Uses multiple computer applications
  • Actively participates and involvement in department initiatives and goals

 

Required Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.  Proficient skills with all computer applications for servicing & quoting all products.  Proficient in utilizing knowledge management tools & resources.
