Participate on the Client Integration Team (CIT) as the coverage, policy language and drafting expert for various product forms, and manages policy forms and coverages of simple to moderate complexity.  Provide ongoing documentation, support and maintenance of assumed and direct policy forms.  Work directly with client companies to create and file insurance coverages reinsured by HSB and ensures all HSB policy forms are in compliance with state and federal regulations.  Work with internal areas to create language for enhancements and revisions to existing products.  It is important to note that the “form” (coverage/policy language) is the HSB’s key deliverable to our client companies.

 

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years’ experience with EB and property reinsurance forms
• Experience working independently and with a team environment.
