The HR Business Partner is a strategic partner and advisor to Munich Re US leadership, their management teams, and employees.  Responsible for aligning business objectives to talent strategies, the HR Business Partner is a strategic thinker who is also able to work in a hand-on manner to deliver results.  He/she can understand the business strategy, make sound recommendations on people-related topics and develop clear actionable steps to support achievement of business goals and objectives.
