The section IT Business Solutions RI P&C delivers business value through management of IT products including execution of change projects, and delivery of agile IT product management, application development and IT operational support. The product and project portfolio of IT Business Solutions RI P&C covers all underwriting, pricing and claims management solutions for all Non-Life Reinsurance lines of business.

To complement our teams of recognized IT experts, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals. The section IT BS RI P&C Solutions is holding the worldwide IT account management for Non-Life Reinsurance Underwriting as well as the responsibility for maintenance and development of the corresponding IT systems, in particular the Underwriting Platform, Exposure Management Platform and systems supporting Facultative & Corporate business.

We are looking for a Senior Test Manager for the development of Applications supporting underwriting processes.

This position will be located in Munich.

Your Job

• Design of test cases based on (non-) functional and technical designs and their requirements
• Execution of functional/non-functional and technical tests, incl. analysis and documentation of deviations
• Identification of Test Process improvements, contribution to corporate testing standards and definition of best practice
• Design and implementation of Test Automation solutions based on defined frameworks
• Design and implementation of Test Data Mgmt. solutions based on defined frameworks
• Request and manage test environments (e.g. Monitoring, Incident Mgmt., Change Mgmt. and Batch Mgmt.) and responsibility for setup of new test environments
• Support of other test managers during test planning, test design, test support services and reporting of test results and error situations

Your Profile

• University degree, preferably in Computer Engineering / IT or similar qualification
• Several years of experience with IT Test Management in a complex IT landscape
• Several years of experience in IT application development and hence in-depth knowledge of the entire software development and product life cycle
• Strong experience and willingness to create and maintain all necessary test documentation in a structured way
• Track record of successful implementations that delivered value to the business
• Strong experience in the management of diverging interests of various stakeholders, ability to set priorities in a pragmatic and efficient way
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Consulting and collaborative working style creating a culture of accountability and sharing
• A high degree of commitment and the willingness and ability to master the various tasks
• Fluent spoken and written English as well as willingness to travel internationally
